We're a family of 5 (2A + 3C) and took a 2-bedroom apt with an extra bed. We just came back from a week's stay and it was just like home away from home.well, actually much better due to the ocean view! I recommend this hotel for: Families, Families with teenagers, Families with young children, Honeymoon, Young singles, Couples, Older travellers Liked: Brenda and Steve- Fantastic Managers Sitting on our balcony looking over the beach, quiet apartments, laundry, kitchen, nice beds etc VALUE FOR MONEY!! You wont be disappointed Spending time together in two uints, fishing off the back dock, swimming in the pool/spa. Shuttle buses or taxi can be arranged through the Information centre in the arrivals lounge.Īirtrain from Brisbane Airport: Exit at Nerang station and take bus to Surfers Paradise then taxi or purchase an Airtrain connect pass which brings you to Capricorn One's door. Simply horrible experience.Capricorn One - Have a quiet peaceful holiday to remember.Brilliant OCEAN & RIVER views, just metres to one of Surfers Paradise's most beautiful patrolled and non crowded beaches. This experience ruined my vacation for the time i stayed at this place. I paid extra amount of money to book this apartment so that I can enjoy the balcony ocean view and i simply could not do that because of this construction / maintenance work. They said there is nothing they can do and asked us if we have an issue we should checkout and move to another place. We went downstairs to complaint but to my disappointment the Receptionist & Manager Peter was extremely rude and arrogant & unapologetic. The apartment management only informed us of the work for May 01st and no one informed us for the continuous second day of work. We had to close all the blinds in bedroom immediately. They had loud radio on and some were smoking on the balconies disrupting our privacy. The next morning we woke up around 7.00 am with so much noise outside bedroom and living room balcony and saw the laborers working outside. The painters started the work around early morning occupying the balcony so we left the apartment early that day. We received a notification from the Management about some paint work on the night of Apthat there will be some paintwork on balconies on May 01, 2018. The Apartment was not at all clean and was stinking throughout our stay. Recently had experience of staying at these Holiday Apartments on April 29, 2018.
I wish I could give this place less than 1 star.
